Somerset Ducks is a family business established in 1982, offering a wonderful range of cooked duck products by post. Our specialist range of duck products have won four gold awards at the Great Taste Awards in London and we attend many food events across the country.

Our online shop is going from strength to strength with many customers reordering tasty cooked duck dishes throughout the year.

 Selling directly to the public is highly rewarding as customers come specifically to visit our stand, with it’s tasty range of hot food and cold food from the display fridge. Many people tell us they stock up to ensure they have their favourite duck recipes of stuffed duck, duck breast, duck burgers and duck sausages, homemade pies and speciality meats.

So in 2003 Somerset Ducks decided it was time we made our products available online where customers can visit and buy online, throughout the year, and have cooked duck delivered in refrigerated boxes direct to your door.

Our speciality foods include boned ducks, smoked, stuffed and cooked duck. We offer two highly recommended stuffings, including apricot with peppers and celery; and apple cider with honey. The stuffed ducks are perfect for dinner parties, offering 14 ample slices of tasty duck, with minimum wastage. Our duck breasts are approximately 280 - 340g (10-12 oz), with a tasty choice of marinades and flavours. The oak smoked duck breast is great as a starter or sliced to accompany a salad.
